Therefore, by purchasing a costume for Tampa Carnival, you agree that all payments made are final, and that you accept all responsibility and liability should anything happen as the result of COVID-19 and its variants.  In the event that carnival is canceled because of COVID-19, all payments made are still non-refundable

However, If that does happen, we will contact each masquerader and provide the options available regarding their purchase. Once deposits are made, costumes are sent immediately to production, therefore refunds cannot be given.
